This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of both service quality and customer value towards customers’ contentment Celebrity Fitness Margo City. The customers who are members City chosen as object this research. There were 75 respondents by employing a quantitative descriptive method, thus, size determined through incidental sampling technique due to certain considerations. data was collected under survey methods, spreading questionnaires instrument. Structural Equation Model with Smart-PLS analysis equipment applied an approach in study. study result shows that Service Quality owns positive crucial impact on Customer Contentment In addition, Value performed significant On account, it come end values play important role satisfaction, improvement these categories automatically increase level two key roles from perspective.
